There is a $2000 Bonus in AdSense Referral Payment Changes

Posted by David Au on February 3, 2007

AdSense Referrals Payment Changes are Official – there’s a $2000 Bonus!

Now with the Google AdSense Referral Program,  my dear  readers you can  earn a $2000 bonus for referring 25 publishers who earn over $100 within a 180 day period.

Hereunder is the official Google AdSense Referral Program news released by the official AdSense Blog:

New pricing structure for referrals
Last year we asked you for your feedback on referrals, and one of the issues we heard quite frequently was that it was too difficult to generate revenue with AdSense and AdWords referrals. To address this, we’ve just introduced a new pricing structure for both programs, which will be as follows:

AdSense Referrals:

* When a publisher who signed up for Google AdSense through your referral earns their first $5 within 180 days of sign-up, you will be credited with $5.
* When that same publisher earns $100 within 180 days of sign-up and is eligible for payment, you will be credited with an additional $250.
* If, in any 180-day period, you refer 25 publishers who each earn more than $100 within 180 days of their respective sign-ups and are all eligible for payout, you will be awarded a $2,000 bonus (bonus payouts are limited to 1 per year).

AdWords Referrals:

* When an advertiser you refer spends $5 within 90 days of sign-up (in addition to the $5 sign-up fee) you will be credited with $5.
* When that same advertiser spends $100 within 90 days of sign-up, you will be credited with an additional $40.
* If, in any 180 day period, you refer 20 advertisers who each spend more than $100 within 90 days of their respective sign-ups, you will be awarded a $600 bonus (bonus payments are limited to 1 per year).

These rules will also apply to users that you have already referred but who have not yet reached one of the new earning/spend thresholds. For example, if you referred an AdSense publisher who has currently earned $2.00, you will be paid $5.00 if that publisher reaches the $5.00 mark. But, if you have referred an AdSense publisher who has already earned $10.00, you will not be paid $5.00 retroactively for that referral reaching the $5.00 mark. However, should that publisher eventually reach the $100.00 earnings mark within 180 days, you will be paid $250.00.

Finally, please keep in mind that publishers may not click on their own referral ads and will not be paid for referring themselves for any product. For more information about referrals, please visit our Help Center.

Computer Hard Drives

Posted by David Au on February 1, 2007

For data storage we always need more so as a rule of thumb we should buy as much as we can afford. Remember, buying a bigger drive costs only a little extra. I always recommend people to get a 80 GB drive. If you want to browse a range of hard drives click here to spot the best deals here

The hard drive is where your installed programs are stored. Lots of data storage space means that you can have a wide variety of different software programs at your fingertips. If you want to know more about hard drives installation then check out the hard drives installation guide here

enjoy ! The carver is perhaps the greatest gadget and coolest less then 4 wheel vehical on the planet. Vanderbrink is the brand if you want to look it up. They are available in the US but are classified as a motorcycle which means you need a helmet.  Is there any body who knows its’ availability in Toronto Canada?

Modem Card Installation

Posted by David Au on January 30, 2007

Find a free PCI slot on your motherboard (assuming your modem is a PCI modem). Place your modem card on top of the slot and gently push it down into position.modem_put.jpgOnce the card has seated correctly into position, screw the card to the case using the screws supplied with the case. Now you have installed all the prerequisite hardware devices. You can either proceed to the finalising stage, or you may want to install optional devices like a ZIP drive, CD-RW drive or a TV-Card. If you do not want to install these devices you can now proceed to the finalising stage.

How I Optimized My Blog to Improve Google PR ranking

Posted by David Au on January 27, 2007

Search Engines love blogs more than the regular websites. For example, I have a website called Affiliate Marketing Guide. It takes about 2 years to be ranked by Google with PR 4 where as this “PC computer shopper” being a blog takes less than couple of weeks to got indexed by Google and a PR 3 ranking after less than 90 days. The reason is simply search engines like fresh contents, i.e. the daily postings to my blogs. When you add original content (daily postings)to your blogs the search engines will come and spider you if you use the right format and key words.

First thing first being your most important ad online is your domain name. See how I titled the domain of my blog. It is “PC computershopper.com”. Now PC, computer and shopper are keywords that get good traffic. Remember, your domain name can be your most important advertisement online. Imagine your potential buyers type PC, computer, or shopper in the Google search and you will see all relevant links and adwords connected with these keywords.

The next important thing is the titles of your posts. They are key for SEO friendly links, for example How To Choose a Powerful Computer?. Guide to Choose a cheap PC ?

The titles of your post catagories such as computer, hardware, monitors, wireless are important as well, .

The number of sites linking back to your blog is very important for your page ranking in Google. The best way here is daily original content. Remember your theme content should be related to your blog name.. The search engines will come and spider you more often.

Let me share with you some a free tool here. Use a Google Sitemap XML creator. It is free and it can boost your blog traffic.sitemaps-logo.gif
